HR Hub Advisor — Hybrid Payroll & Employee Experience

Severn Trent is seeking a proactive HR Hub Advisor to join its HR team in Coventry. You will deliver a high-quality HR service to employees and managers, handling advice, HR administration and payroll support from onboarding to departure.

You’ll guide managers on policies, processes and employee relations, while continuously improving HR services to ensure accuracy and a strong employee experience. Hybrid working is supported.
