CCTV & Alarm Monitoring Operator (4-on/4-off)

Envision Intelligent Solutions, part of Johnson Controls, is hiring a Customer Support Operator for 12-hour day and night shifts on a 4 days on 4 days off rota, based at Silverwood Business Park, Craigavon. The role involves monitoring CCTV/alarms, handling intercoms and calls, and supporting the control room.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and IT literacy. SIA CCTV license is desirable or available through in-house training.
