Maritime Academy is seeking a SENCo to join the Leadership Team, shaping SEND provision to help every child reach their potential. You will hold or pursue the National Award for SEN Coordination and bring a strong understanding of SEND legislation.

Reporting to the Senior Vice Principal for Inclusion, you will lead policy development, coordinate tailored support, and collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure compliant, high‑quality SEND services.
