Community Support Worker — Empower Lives and Independence

East Kent Mencap is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities live independently in the community. The role involves daily living support, meal prep, finances, appointments, and social activities.

You will build relationships, promote choice and independence, and ensure those we support feel safe, respected and valued. A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification is preferred, with apprenticeship options available for progression. Driving is required.
