Mental Health & Disability Support Worker — New Supported Living

We Change Lives is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Learning and Disability Support Worker to join our new supported living service, based on-site in Stockton Heath. You will support residents with mental health needs across three bungalows, initially based at Westleigh House, building relationships and understanding individual needs before moving to the new sites.

Shifts are nights (10pm-10am) on a rolling two-week rota; prior experience not essential as training is provided.
