Resident Liaison for Planned Housing Refurbs

WPS is recruiting a Resident Liaison Officer to support planned maintenance works across social housing properties in the West Midlands. You will be the primary point of contact for residents, coordinating with Site Managers and project teams to minimise disruption in occupied homes.

Projects will include a combination of internal and external planned works across multiple sites. You will communicate scope, programme and access requirements, issue notifications and help resolve resident concerns.
