Strategic AI Account Executive (Remote + Equity)

Alfa AI in London is seeking a Senior / Strategic Account Executive to drive growth. The role is mostly remote with the Hoxton office accessible for in-person meetings.

You will own outbound pipeline, book and run strong new business meetings, and manage multi-stage deal cycles, selling into large stakeholder groups across NHS, public sector, charities, housing, frontline services, and international markets. Equity, strong OTE, AI exposure and progression opportunities are offered.
