Windows & Doors Area Sales Manager – Northampton

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an Area Sales Manager – Windows & Doors to cover the Northampton area (within ~50 miles). You will drive trade field sales of PVC-u and aluminium windows and doors to installers, builders, contractors, distributors, and showrooms.

The role targets turnover of £800k–£1m once established, with typical order values around £5k–£10k. Remuneration is £35,000–£40,000 negotiable plus monthly commission, with a fully expensed hybrid company car and full benefits.
