Aerospace Process Improvement Lead

Morson is recruiting an Improvement Engineering Lead for a 6-month contract with on-site work in Samlesbury, Lancashire. You will drive product and manufacturing improvements on complex airframe programmes, leading cross-functional teams across engineering, quality and operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in aerospace manufacturing, RCCA methods, DMAIC/8D and GD&T knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement and stakeholder management. This is a full-time on-site role in the UK.
