Senior Commercial Lead – Construction & NEC Contracts

Randstad Cpe London seeks an experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial management of major construction and infrastructure projects in the Middlesbrough area. You will drive pre-construction activities, cost planning, procurement and contract administration to maximise profitability.

The role requires extensive NEC4 knowledge, strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects with stakeholders across clients and subcontractors.
