Days Shift Manager – FMCG Production Leader

THG Manufacturing is seeking a Shift Manager (Days) to lead a Production Operatives team, ensuring safety, quality and delivery targets across the David Berryman operation in Luton. The role focuses on developing capability, driving improvements and sustaining high performance within a fast-paced site.

You will coach staff, manage performance and collaborate with planning, engineering and quality teams to meet KPIs while upholding food safety standards and THG values.
