Pertemps are recruiting for a Senior Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. The role offers senior visibility, authority to drive quality improvements, and close collaboration with customers, auditors and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will lead the Quality team on the shop floor, own inspection and release decisions, and use data-driven methods to reduce defects and prevent recurrence in a regulated environment.
