Lead Children’s Home Manager — Transform Lives

Compass Community is seeking a highly experienced Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead and inspire a dedicated care team. You will ensure outstanding care, model strong leadership, and maintain a safe, welcoming home for children.

To qualify, you need 5+ years in residential childcare, 2+ years supervising staff, NVQ Level 3, and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England). Ofsted Good/Outstanding history preferred.
