Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to support residents as they navigate tenancies. You will visit tenants, review circumstances, and provide practical advice aimed at reducing arrears and maximising income.

Using Microsoft Dynamics and CRM/housing management systems, you will own the income and arrears process with empathy and clear communication, handling challenging conversations and negotiating positive outcomes while maintaining accurate documentation.
