Extra Care Scheme Manager – 12-Month Contract (Devon)

The Guinness Partnership in Ivybridge is seeking an Extra Care Scheme Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will lead an intensive housing management service for residents, delivering high-quality, person-centred support to promote independence and wellbeing.

You will oversee day-to-day scheme operations, health and safety, tenancy matters, and line management of on-site staff, collaborating with residents, the Care Team and external agencies
