Fleet Compliance Lead (CPC) – Data-Driven Compliance & Audit

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Fleet Compliance Lead in Solihull for a 9-month fixed-term, hybrid role. The ideal candidate will own fleet compliance across multiple clients, investigate non-conformances, and drive best practice within the fleet operation.

The role requires a CPC qualification, strong knowledge of operator licence compliance and transport legislation, and experience with audits, data analysis and reporting.
