Deputy Property Manager — Block Management & Resident Engagement

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Deputy Property Manager to oversee daily contractor activity, insurance claims, and stakeholder reporting for large residential developments. The role involves budget support, block management, and resident engagement within a hybrid working pattern across Barking, Brentford, Wembley and Woolwich.

You will work with the Property Manager to ensure health and safety compliance, site inspections and effective communication with residents and investors.
