Sixth Form Learning Coach: Support & Empower Post-16

Collingwood College is seeking a compassionate Sixth Form Learning Coach to support students with additional needs. You will blend academic, pastoral and emotional guidance, working with EHCP plans and collaborating with teachers, parents and SEND staff.

The role focuses on creating a calm Sixth Form study environment, mentoring students, and promoting inclusion, safeguarding and well-being while supporting post-16 learners.
