Energy Inventory Clerk — Property Inspections & EPCs

Connells Group UK is seeking a Domestic Energy Inventory Clerk to join our Chingford team. This full-time role focuses on property inventories, check-ins, check-outs and inspections, with reports produced using company systems.

For candidates with a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) qualification, there are opportunities to undertake EPCs. The role supports independent work across residential properties, managing your schedule, travel between appointments and delivering accurate, timely reports.
