Estate Officer — Create Safe, Welcoming Communities

Fairhive Homes invites applications from an experienced Estate Officer to help maintain safe, clean and welcoming neighbourhoods for residents. You will be the visible presence across our estates, carrying out inspections, identifying repairs and monitoring contractor performance to ensure high standards.

This hands‑on role requires you to be based at our Brackley scheme three days per week, including communal cleaning duties and managing bin stores and waste disposal alongside broader estate
