Medical Devices Training & Competency Lead

Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 lead to develop, implement and continuously improve a comprehensive competency management system for medical device users, ensuring safe and effective use across the Trust.

You will plan, manage and deliver competency-based training, provide expert clinical advice on device usage and safety, support governance and risk management, and work with clinical and technical colleagues to drive ongoing service improvement.
