Nfp People Limited in Reading is seeking a Registered Manager for a new children’s residential care home. You’ll lead a passionate team to deliver outstanding care for children aged 8–17, ensure safeguarding, and maintain Ofsted compliance.

You will hold or be working towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare, have a minimum of two years in a management role, and oversee care planning, recruitment, budgets, and liaison with authorities.
