Night Transport Team Leader (4-on-4 Off)

Fowler Welch is seeking a Transport Team Leader at our Spalding site on a full-time permanent basis. You will plan daily company and third-party resources, provide clear instructions to drivers and ensure optimal utilisation.

Shift is 4 on 4 off nights (7pm–7am). Salary £35,000–£39,000 per annum depending on experience. You will oversee absence policy, optimise fleet utilisation, ensure safety and compliance, and collaborate with retail teams to enhance delivery performance.
