Job Description:
Bellway Homes is seeking a Senior Planner to support land teams on planning policy and development control for land acquisition. The role includes advising on residential schemes, promoting the strategic land portfolio, and negotiating with landowners and authorities to achieve timely planning consents.
The successful candidate will have planning or surveying qualifications, ideally with RICS/RTPI membership, and be able to work flexibly with travel to land opportunities and external meetings.
