Job Title: Delivery Lead – SAP AI Delivery & Transformation

Experience

• Mandatory: 10+ years of experience in SAP Transformation, AI Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience as Program Manager, SAP Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or Transformation Manager.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Business AI, and SAP Joule.
• Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong governance, security, compliance, and delivery management experience.
• Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate, and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AI, Automation, Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA programs.
• Support Finance transformation across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FI, and CO.
• Manage SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP AI Services, and deployment activities.
• Own delivery governance, RAID management, reporting, and release planning.
• Oversee testing, UAT, production rollout, go‑live, and hyper‑care support.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and Responsible AI standards.
• Drive adoption, change management, and operational sustainability.
