Property Management Leader: Strategy & Service Charge Excellence

Bruntwood SciTech in Manchester is seeking a Head of Property Management to drive the national property management function across the portfolio. You’ll be based at our head office on Union Street near Albert Square, with occasional travel to Leeds, Liverpool and Birmingham.

You’ll own service charge budgets, oversee financial reporting, and lead relationships with suppliers while working with Finance and other teams to raise standards and deliver value for money.
