Site General Manager – Student Housing & Operations Lead

iQ Student Accommodation is looking for a General Manager to lead one of our busy student sites in the UK. You will balance daily operations with commercial performance, ensuring safety, a welcoming resident experience and a high‑performing team culture.

You’ll switch between strategy and hands‑on delivery, drive improvements, and work with partners to keep the site fully leased. Rotas, KPIs and performance reviews are all part of the role.
