Tishman Speyer seeks a Director to lead financial analysis and modeling for debt financing on ground-up development, acquisitions, and in-portfolio properties in Europe and the UK.
You will market and negotiate commercial real estate loans with lenders, coordinate with Acquisitions, Development, Asset Management and other teams, and maintain strong lender relationships. fluency in English and French is required; German is a plus.
