Head of Finance — London Growth & Investor Reporting

HRtechX, based in London, seeks a Head of Finance to own the company’s financial strategy and reporting. You will work from our London HQ and lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning for a fast-growing portfolio company.

You will partner with the CEO, report to investors monthly, and participate in board meetings. The role offers high ownership, rapid growth, and the chance to shape financial decisions in a startup/scale-up environment.
