Lead Director, UK Middle-Market Direct Lending

MUFG is seeking a senior Leveraged Finance professional to originate and execute sponsor-backed mid-market transactions in the UK. You will act as deal captain, structure Term Loans and Unitranche facilities, and lead execution with risk management and client satisfaction at the forefront.

You’ll develop a strong network of private equity relationships across MMDL and related products, collaborating with sponsor coverage and leverage capital markets to drive revenue and cross-sell opportunities.
