HLTA SEMH Lead — Drive Interventions & Growth

Lift Firth Park is seeking a compassionate HLTA to join our onsite Alternative Provision for pupils with SEMH needs. You will work with teachers to plan interventions, lead targeted learning, and mentor colleagues to maintain high standards of support and achievement.

You will be experienced with SEMH/SEND, able to lead lessons and cover classes when needed, and committed to promoting positive behaviour and resilience in a fast-paced school environment.
