Second Chef — Hotel Kitchen Lead with Fresh-Menu Focus

Alfa Holiday Group is seeking a Second Chef for The Anchor Head Hotel in Weston-Super-Mare. You will assist the Head Chef, deputising on days off and annual leave, and help run a busy kitchen serving a set menu on a 7-day cycle for coach guests.
