Primary SEND Teacher — Small Classes, Trauma‑Informed Support

Protocol Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary SEND Teacher to join our small, supportive team. You will deliver personalised education to pupils with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH, in a setting with a smaller class size to enable a higher staff-to-pupil ratio.

You will work with EHCP pupils, collaborating with therapy professionals, parents, and local authority teams to achieve the best outcomes.
