Gardener & Trainee Development Mentor – West London

Groundwork London is seeking a Gardener to join our small team at Chiswick House & Gardens, West London. The role covers proactive and reactive grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedgerow work and leaf clearance, with 37.5 hours per week and a permanent contract.

You will support trainees to develop their skills and progress into long-term horticulture roles, working alongside a team of experienced gardeners in a historic, Grade I listed setting that welcomes visitors.
