SEN 1:1 Learning Champion – Empower Individual Growth

Vision for Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEN support assistant to aid a pupil with additional learning needs. You will adapt activities, support learning and personal development, and collaborate with the teacher and SENCO on EHCP targets.

You will assist with emotional regulation, social interaction and independence, benefiting from ongoing training within a supportive school ethos and potential long-term placement opportunities.
