Head Canapé Chef — Luxury Event Catering Leader

Rocket Food, London’s leading luxury event caterer, is seeking a Head Canapé Chef to lead the production of exceptional canapé and event food. You will manage and inspire the events kitchen brigade, champion innovation, and collaborate with events and creative teams to realise clients’ visions.

The role requires an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with a background in high-end events and premium hospitality, and a strong track record in cost control and kitchen leadership.
