Tesco UK Stevenage Café is looking for a Café Manager to lead a welcoming team and drive excellent customer service. You will oversee daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and ensure the café runs safely, efficiently and profitably.

With a background in hospitality and strong leadership, you will coach your team to deliver high standards, manage routines, and maximise sales while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision. This is a permanent, full-time role.
