Regional Care Training Lead | Design & Deliver Programs

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to design, plan and deliver training programmes to ensure our teams deliver high-quality, person-centred care across our care homes and branches.

You will oversee learning and development across residential and nursing homes, and potentially homecare branches, with travel to other regions as needed as part of the Learning and Development Team.
