Skincare Counter Manager – Lead, Coach & Drive Sales

Liz Earle is seeking a Counter Manager for its counter in store, reporting to the Regional Business Manager. You will lead a small team, deliver personalised skincare consultations, and drive sales through coaching and in-store promotions.

You will inspire your team to hit targets, maintain outstanding customer service, and participate in the Skin School development programme while keeping the counter visually appealing and on-brand.
