Overview
Complex Care Support Worker – Bristol. Hours: Saturday & Sunday plus holiday and sickness, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. Pay: £17.25 per hour to £18.25 per hour depending on shift. A full UK driving licence is essential.
Responsibilities
- Providing tailored care and support to meet the client’s individual needs.
- Assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health.
- Supporting the client in the community – including social activities.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Keeping accurate care records and reporting any changes.
- Working closely with healthcare professionals and family members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in care, ideally with brain injury and challenging behaviours.
- A positive, upbeat attitude and a great sense of humour.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Full UK driving licence.
