Residential Care Worker – Autism & Learning Disability Support

Priory Group is seeking a Support Worker to join Highfields in Staffordshire, with a permanent full-time/part-time position and a pay of £13.45 per hour. Highfields houses eight residents who are autistic or have learning disabilities, and the role involves providing person-centred care in a welcoming home.

You will join a compassionate team, contribute to implementing individual care plans, and perform routine tasks to promote wellbeing and independence.
