Support Worker – Community Care for Young Adults (Driver)

National Care Group is recruiting a Support Worker for Nexus Support Limited covering Wickford/Basildon in the South Essex area. The role involves supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, at home and in the community, with shifts including early, late, sleep-in and weekends.

You will build relationships, assist with daily tasks, personal care and activities, and help individuals to become more independent.
