Justice Services Support Coach: Rehab & Employability

The Growth Company’s Justice Services is seeking a CFO Evolution Justice Services Support Worker to deliver rehabilitation and Employment Training and Education support within our programme. This role addresses the needs of offenders and individuals facing barriers to reintegration.

You will be dual‑trained as a Justice Case Worker and Activity Facilitator, offering advice, coaching, mentoring and support through regular 1:1 meetings and group sessions.
