Primary School Learning Support — Inspire Young Minds

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a friendly primary school in Chichester from September 2026. You will support pupils in the classroom, help with learning activities, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment.

The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and adaptable with strong communication and teamwork skills. Previous school-based experience is desirable but not essential, as training and support will be provided.
