SEMH LSA: 1:1 Support, Growth & CPD Opportunities

Gsl Education is seeking a dedicated SEMH Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with SEMH needs in Southend-on-Sea. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils engage with lessons and activities to reach their potential.

The role focuses on safeguarding, de-escalation, and building trusting relationships, with access to CPD and opportunities for career progression in pastoral care or SEN support.
