Location: Aylesbury Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent Salary: £29,344 – £44,919

Role Overview
As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting early learning through engaging, structured play, phonics instruction, and consistent routines. Your work will help children develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional growth within a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the EYFS curriculum effectively
- Teach phonics and early literacy skills
- Support the development of early mathematics abilities
- Maintain structured, routine-based learning environments
- Monitor and track children’s development and progress
- Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs
Classroom Environment

Skills and Experience
- Experience in EYFS or early years education
- Strong knowledge of phonics teaching

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable, but applications from unqualified teachers are welcomed.
