Electrical Manager

Electrical Manager/Supervisor required to lead electrical works on retrofit and decarbonisation projects within the social housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Experience managing electrical packages (particularly Solar PV installations) within Social Housing schemes
• Electrical Audits
• Ordering of Electrical Materials
• Building relationships with clients
• Knowledge of renewable works
• Compiling RAMs and ensuring H&S compliance on projects

Qualifications

• Strong background in the social housing refurbishment sector/decarbonisation sector with knowledge of working under PAS regulations
• CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Driver’s License
• Retrofit experience
