The Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position – As such you will have Key Responsibilities for:
- Production & Manufacturing
- Planning & Scheduling
- Purchasing & Supply Chain
- Warehouse
- Facilities & Maintenance
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Continuous Improvement
- Leadership & People Management
The Candidate
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager/Production Manager/Manufacturing Manager position
- Automotive background
- Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
- Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
- NEBOSH qualification.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
