Senior Architect — Lead Residential & Commercial Projects

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a Senior Architect in Liverpool to lead residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. The role requires ARB registration, UK Part 3 qualification, and extensive experience across RIBA work stages.
