Education IT Lead (Assistant IT Manager)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking an Assistant IT Manager to oversee IT services across Bolton, Bury and Halifax schools. You will mentor IT Technicians, provide 2nd/3rd line support, and help plan ICT infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable technology for teaching and operations.

The role requires leadership in education IT, knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and Microsoft 365, plus strong communication and problem solving. Travel between sites is involved.
